Refund policy

At Satrangia, we value our customers and strive to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. We accept returns or exchanges of eligible items within seven days of purchase, provided they meet our return criteria. Only unstitched, unworn, undamaged items with original tags and packaging are accepted. Items purchased on sale or at a discount are not eligible for return or refund, except in cases where the product is damaged upon delivery.

To initiate a return, you must prepare the item with original tags, packaging, and a copy of the invoice along with your reason for return. Returns should be sent via a traceable delivery method such as courier or registered post, with shipping costs borne by the customer. Exchanges will be processed in the form of an exchange voucher equal to the invoice value of the returned item. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within three working days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

In the case of damaged items, including those purchased during sales, we will address the problem and may provide a shipping credit, typically up to PKR 250 per kilogram. Please note that once an item has been stitched, it is no longer eligible for return. Only unstitched fabric is accepted for return due to faults, even after shrinkage.
